Over the years, I have owned three local businesses, including restaurants in Auburn and the Flower Farm in Loomis. Those experiences taught me how to listen carefully, solve problems, negotiate under pressure, and deliver a high level of personal service.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Before entering real estate, I worked as a senior operations and program manager for Kaiser Permanente, supporting complex technology deployments and data-center operations.

That background strengthened the organizational, analytical, and communication skills I now bring to every real estate transaction. Buying or selling a home involves many moving parts—contracts, inspections, disclosures, financing, timelines, negotiations, and sometimes unexpected complications.

My role is to keep those pieces organized, anticipate problems before they become costly, and help my clients make informed decisions with confidence.
